This utility extract nodes, ways and relations inside defined polygon.

Usage:
    extract-polygon source.osm dest.osm polygon.poly
    
Source can be bzip2 (*.bz2) file. Polygon file have same format as original
extract-polygon.pl. This utility DOESN'T support multypolygons, and excluding
by '!'.
